Shipping policy

We are a proud Canadian company headquartered in beautiful Vancouver and we ship from a number of manufacturing locations worldwide so the shipping time may vary by product. Depending on your location, the logistical delivery time may also vary. The majority of our "FREE" standard deliveries should arrive between approximately 20-60 days and varies by product. If you require quicker expedited delivery, email us for a quote. 

Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic and limited flights and freight, please allow extra time for the delivery of your order as shipping and transportation couriers have been affected worldwide. We thank you for your understanding during these challenging times and we shall endeavour to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. 

It takes the warehouse up to approximately 5 business days to prepare stocked items for shipment. This excludes made to order or custom orders which take additional production time. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number if available. Tracking is not always available on free shipping orders. Please note, some products are excluded from our free shipping promotion. 

Please note that every country has different tariff policies. Any import duties, taxes, VAT, and charges are the responsibility of the buyer if any are incurred and the buyer will need to pay us, the courier service, the local government or import controls in order for the shipment to be released. Refunds and returned orders due to the refusal of payment of tariffs will not be supported. 

With our free worldwide shipping promotion, we are currently delivering to all major cities around the world, with the exception of some remote areas may not be eligible for our free shipping promotion.
