Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please reach out and talk to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 2 business days. We will do what we can to rectify a situation to gain your loyalty and repeat business.
We will accept returns for any defective or damaged item within 7 calendar days from date of delivery receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on special sales or clearance items. Custom orders and made to order products are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Any returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Steps for Replacement:
1. Please request a return from our store at email@example.com
2. To complete your return, we require your order number.
3. Please include clear photos of the defect or damaged item and a description of the issue.
4. Once we review the case, we will email you with instructions for the return to one of our warehouses and the form to be included inside the package. In some cases, we may not require an item to be sent back to us.
5. In the case of an error, defect or damage during shipping, we will send a replacement of the original product ASAP at no cost to you and we will pay for the return postage.
Shipping Costs Non Refundable:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for any returned items. We suggest registering your shipment so you can track your return item.
If a refund on your product is accepted, the amount for the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund to Original Payment Method:
If a refund on your product is accepted. Once your return shipment is received and inspected, we will send a notification via email that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that we cannot control the processing time your bank, credit card company or third party may take to officially post your refund.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Any balance on a gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift cards are similar to cash and are transferable and redeemable worldwide.
